sim-angus cattle share for beef
We have full-size Sim-Angus cattle available throughout the year for those who want to purchase a share of one (1/4, 1/2, or a whole). Once all shares are sold, we deliver the animal to the meat processor for the customers. The owner of each share determines what cuts they would like and how they want their cuts, within their share of the animal.
